I work with individual adults from a wide range of backgrounds to manage depression, anxiety, the grief caused by a death or loss of a relationship, or the stress and uncertainty of major life change. Values and Philosophy

I believe everyone has within themselves the capacity for growth and positive change. I seek to create a safe space where you can feel heard and supported, so we can work collaboratively, using your unique strengths, to help you move forward and meet your goals. I see my role as a counselor as asking the right questions, so that you can find your own answers. I am a warm, open, and nonjudgmental listener, who will be a respectful and patient partner on your path to personal growth and healing.

Therapeutic Technique and Methodology

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor of our work together, so I work hard to make sure I am hearing what you need to say, and we are working in a way that is right for you as an individual. I primarily employ techniques from Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
